While the holidays are traditionally a festive and happy time of the year, for those of us who have lost a loved one, they can be very challenging. 

You are invited to Handling the Holidays. Co-sponsored by the St. James Chapel and St. James NEST, it will be held on Thursday, November 20th at 2:30 pm. This 90 minute program will be led by Father Bill Eberle, a St. James resident and leading expert in the field of grief support. The program will be held at the St. James Chapel and is open to all residents of St. James and their friends. No reservations are necessary.

Grief has a way of sneaking up on us when we least expect it - it doesn't matter how recent or how long ago your loved one has died, you will find help at this workshop.
